Furthermore, it is understood and agreed that as long as Sellers honor all their contractual obligations with their Listing Agent, Sellers are free to make known the existence of their own property for sale. If a Buyer is already represented by, and/or has a contractual relationship with, a Buyer's Broker, then they must honor that arrangement regardless of how a deal comes together. It is agreed and understood that We have the right to remove or edit any postings at our sole discretion for any reason.

6. Updating Our Privacy Policy

We may, from time to time, change our Privacy Policy. Notification of any changes will be made by posting our updated Privacy Policy on our Website and inserting a new "Effective Date."
